Hi, I’m Swaha!
The founder of the Temple of Embodied Presence and Sensuality, and a passionate Integrative yoga therapist, pleasure and presence coach and shamanic healer.
I believe that we were born to love.
Not only that, but at our soulful core, we ARE LOVE.
When we get the right support, to draw back the limiting stories inside our heads, and sit in stillness to discover the unwavering peace and brilliance of our beingness, miracles happen.
What makes me different?
I’m a science nerd at heart (and by training) as well as a modern day mystic.
I get my kicks from continual exploration of the human psyche, relationships, love and sexuality, and love fusing the latest neuroscience with deeply mystical principles that stand the test of time.
ElementsI have devoted the last 17 years of my life to personal and spiritual transformation, studying many modalities and traditions with powerful conscious wisdom keepers around the globe.
It’s through testing these teachings in my own life, living them through navigating the (sometimes messy and unpredictable) human experience, that I know I have a strong standing to support other women to nagivate these waters in a powerful way.
I believe every part of us is worthy of love, and we are already enough
I believe that beneath the limiting stories that can drive us, exists a blazing soulful core, that is whole, brilliant and peaceful.
And I am fully committed to support and guide you back to the most authentic, fullest and magnificent you, through a path of compassion, shameless self-love, pleasure and purpose.
