Spirit of She Retreats
With Swaha Devi
For 1000s of years, Women all over the world have gathered and circled together, to connect, be seen and heard, share insights, do deep sacred work and enjoy in the medicine of sisterhood. Spirit of She women’s retreats are a special invitation to honour this innate need, of coming together to be supported through the richness of sisterhood.
Spirit of She retreats are transformational gatherings that have a wonderful balance of deep transformational processes, lightness and play, deep connections and community and free time for rest and intergration. Swaha Devi uses a range of powerful practices during retreats including Conscious Connected Breathwork journeys, Biodanza (conscious dance and movement), Shamanic Healing, meditation and tantric practices, all weaving through Feminine wisdom teachings and sharing circles.
Spirit of She offers 4 Australian and 1 International womens retreats each year. Two retreats run in beautiful accommodation in the Jervis Bay region in Spring and Winter on the South Coast of NSW, and two are Camping Retreats in the Sacred Mystery Bay region in Summer and Autumn.
International retreats run to India and Bali.

Mystery Bay Retreats
These Sacred Women’s Retreats are nestled in the power of the sacred lands and waters of Mystery Bay, where we spend a weekend on country, deeply rooting into the earth and learn Shamanic practices for deeper connection to your own body, and nature as a profound and unwaiving guidance in your life.
The Mystery Bay region is rich in Aboriginal Culture. During these retreats, we will partake in a Traditional Letting Go Ceremony in this sacred place, which I was taught my Aboriginal teacher, an Elder and Lore holder. The ceremony harnesses the power of the four elements, to deeply cleanse the body, mind and spirit. The women spirits, and healing power of the Spirit of the Land at this place support deep transformation of mind, body and spirit.
Mystery Bay retreats run for either 2 days and 3 nights (November) or 4 days and 3 nights (May).
The 4 day retreats also include a sacred Pilgrimmage walk up mother Guluga, the sacred mountain near Mystery Bay. Those not wishing or able to do the walk are given other activities or space for rest and integration at camp.
